I am writing from the beautiful city of Fernie, British Columbia, where the team is helping our client on a throughput enhancement engagement and delivering fabulous results. Although I have only been with Partners in Performance for a few months, it has been an amazing experience in terms of learning, impact, and fun. I believe I have been fortunate enough to hit the Trifecta on my first engagement: Great Client, Great Team, Great Work-life Balance.
Our client has been one of the most receptive and eager organisations that I have ever worked with. Every person is excited about what we do and is willing to put in the effort necessary to see big results. They recognise that we are here to help and they have been very proactive in delivering value. They have truly embraced the culture of Partners in Performance and we really feel like partners as we work alongside each other. As an added bonus, I am getting to experience first-hand the definition of “Canada Nice”.

The team is rock-solid. One of the big draws to the firm for me was the high-calibre people that I would have the opportunity to work with, and it has really paid off. Not only do we have a great time working together, but the rapid pace at which I am learning from my team is incredible. We get along so well that we even decided to go in on an Airbnb together - which has been more fun for us and makes economic sense too!

The work-life balance has been fantastic! I often forget that I am not home while on this engagement because of the time we spend enjoying ourselves outside of the office. Whether it is at the driving range or around the game table, we have a great time together.
