Partners in Performance are pleased to announce the election of three new Directors to our global leadership team, Carsten Heide (US), Fred Buckman Jr (Canada) and Ravish Juneja (Australia).

Carsten, Fred and Ravish each bring over two decades of industry and consulting experience and will continue to build on our firm’s strong reputation for partnering with clients to deliver ongoing operational and organisational improvements. Carsten Heide joined Partners in Performance in 2012, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in operations, technology, capital projects and strategy across the resource industries. He is an expert in processing, smelting, LOM planning, and working capital productivity. Carsten demonstrates incredible hustle, exceptional problem solving, and delivers extraordinary results while his deep technical knowledge and ability to build great rapport wins clients over quickly. He is great in driving team thinking and coaching and developing his colleagues.

Fred Buckman Jr joined our team in 2008 and has more than 20 years of industry and consulting experience, focusing on the mining and energy sectors. Fred’s expertise lies in the areas of capital, operations and maintenance, construction productivity, corporate finance, and business development. His dedication, tenacity, empathy, and creativity allows him to build incredible client relationships. Fred delivers great results, and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. As a great thought leader, Fred also has an aptitude for collaboration and leading effective teams.

Ravish Juneja joined us in 2015 and is an example of how great leaders inspire and empower their team with knowledge. He has an incredible ability to solve complex problems and maintains a strong focus on the value being delivered to clients, resulting in consistently excellent results including improved pricing and sales capability, cost transformation and increased productivity. While he has more than 20 years’ experience in top-tier management consulting and line management improvement, it’s his considerate, respectful and caring nature that truly sets him apart.

These three internal promotions to Director follow a strong year of growth for our global team, with our Managing Director, Skipp Williamson, named as Australia’s most influential consultant in 2019, the further strengthening of our Cyber division and the launch of our Digital Transformation practice.
